We train at the Aquamoves Shepparton https://aquamoves.com.au/ which is the place to go for fun and fitness, with indoor and outdoor pools and a full range of fitness facilities and programs.

Please note training times may differ in the school holidays and will be advised by the coaches.
Swimmers can access videos of dry land sessions designed by our Junior Coach Emma Pendelbury, who is also a qualified personal trainer. Videos are available in the Gallery on the team app, and swimmers are also encouraged to do activation before training in the pool.
The beginning of our training year is in May. In May we train in the indoor 25m pool. In July the Swimming Australia year starts and everyone must renew their membership.
In the winter holidays, we do not break. In the spring school holidays, we generally break for one week, dates to be advised by coaches. The 2025 September break starts Monday 29th September returning Monday 6th October
We move to the outdoor 50m pool in October, depending on when Aquamoves opens the outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is gas heated so suitable training temperatures can be maintained even during cooler months.
In the summer holidays, we break for the main days
Training for the season will finish on Thursday 24th of April 2025
Public holiday training will continue where possible, coaches will inform the team of training times
